Tomie Turns 30 and Visit with Famliy

Sat Sept 29th:

After finally feeling good enough to get out of bed, we hit the road to drive to Powell, Wy to visit with my Family. I spent the whole drive trying to familiarize Karen with my family Tree. Upon arrival we did 3 Loads of Laundry. Our clothes could almost walk themselves to the machine. We haven't done any laudry since the trip began. Yes a very exciting thing to do on your birthday. WE then just chilled and got the tour from Tiffany and Russ. Chad and Holly were visiting from San Diego so they came over to hang out along with Rick, Sandy, Aspen and Demi! Oh.. I can't forget Demi's Boyfriend Jason was there too. As long as we had food. We spent the evening laughing about old times and Tiff pulling practical jokes on Chad. Karen even brought balloons with her all the way from San Diego. We than had Cheesecake ( my fav) and ice cream! life is good. I was happy and lucky that I could spent my 30th with some family! Especially since they made me laugh so much!

Sept 30th: We woke up to watch the women's world cup final Germany vs Brazil. Germany won. Tiff and Russ made us breakfast.. Our First Bed and Breakfast stay. They were great hostesses!! Rick than pick us up to go climb Heart Mountain! It was a 7 mile hike round trip with a elevation gain of about 3000 feet. Not sure if it was that I was now 30 or the hike was really steep, but it was a challenge!!! But the view at the top was worth it! Following the hike we took a tour of Rick and Sandy's House! It was really amazing to see some of the work Rick did for the girls rooms. Then back to Tiff's house were Karen would take a nap..might be the first on the trip and I would head to a 30th birthday party down the road. Tomorrow we will head to Mt.Rushmore!

Hi Ladies! I imagine you now have made passed the Mt Rushmore area, heading your way toward Chicago?

Grand Teton peaks and pictures were fantastic. Beautiful sunrises, and sunsets.

Grace and Peace to you as you continue finding your way

Love to you
